Arena performance starts beneath the footing. We establish precise grades to manage surface runoff, then construct and compact the base to provide a stable, consistent foundation. Arena Renovation & Maintenance
Riding and routine grooming gradually redistribute footing, creating high and low areas that affect consistency and drainage. Annual or twice-yearly laser grading helps maintain the intended surface grade and a more uniform footing depth. Our specialized equipment also allows us to remix footing containing fiber or textile amendments, restoring a more even distribution of materials. Renovation services range from footing additions and replacement to base correction, with grooming visits available for select projects.
